Coal accounted for less than 60% of primary energyconsumption for the first time, and non-fossil energy and natural gasconsumption increased significantly. All localities actively promoted thecomprehensive improvement of coal-fired boilers, and eliminated more than30,000 small boilers of less than 10 tons per hour. The key areas will speed upthe elimination of coal-fired boilers of less than 35 tons per hour, andactively implement the ultra-low emission transformation of coal-fired boilerswith an output of more than 65 tons per hour.
