Formosa announces HRC domestic prices for early-2026 delivery, Kallanish understands from trading sources in Vietnam. For orders of 20,000 tonnes and more of non-skin passed SAE 1006 HRC for delivery in January/February 2026, the mill’s pegged price is set at VND 13,414/kg ($511/tonne) cif Ho Chi Minh City. The mill’s price for December delivery was originally set on 15 October at VND 13,734/kg and was subsequently cut by VND 300/kg on 22 October.
